Inside me there are at least two wolves

Some people have many characters inside of them. They function by asking the characters for their commentary or recommended actions in different situations. The characters can take the form of people they know (friends, family, spouses), fictional characters, or abstract principles. Specifically two of my good friends do this a lot.

A fun fictional example of this is Harry Potter in the Methods of Rationality fanfic. Harry has many internal voices that advise different things: there is his Inner Critic, and the four houses of Hogwarts.

I don’t. I only have one voice in my head, and even then it is silent most of the time. However, I do have conflicting desires, which often go unvoiced. Because they’re gruff and silent, but occasionally howl, we can say that inside me there are at least two wolves.
